It is always pretty fun to do sketch on location. This time with the company of like-minded sketchers from Singapore, we visited Sungei Kadut located at the not so far northern part of the little island about 45 minutes away from downtown. This is where you can find plenty of heavy industries built far away from the city required by the policy of the government to reduce noise and air pollution. For the first time in my life here in Singapore, I witnessed a used car metal scrapyard, a cement factory and many more. We had fun but it was a hot hot day with no clouds. At noon, we break from lunch at Kranji Drive where we had the best Char Kuay Teow and Claypot Curry Fish Head. :)
